As an Office Administrator at Ajtechnicaldr, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director and the GTG Regional Manager. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks.

You will also be responsible for managing the office's day-to-day operations, including ordering stationery, coordinating courier services, and maintaining the office's filing system.

In addition, you will assist with debtors administration, prepare credit notes and write-off requests, and capture client invoicing information.

You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
