Job Description:

The Business Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Advisor(s) in providing exceptional client services. This includes overseeing administrative, operations, and client services support.

Key responsibilities include implementing client services experience, taking full responsibility for administrative processes and controls, liaison between Financial Advisor and product providers, and ensuring the efficient delivery of client requirements.

In addition to these duties, the Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for collating client information, preparing documentation for engagement, and checking transition documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

This role also involves administration relating to client transfer and new business transactions, submission of intermediary appointment notes, and monitoring submissions to ensure successful client transfers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
