Valves Sales and Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd.
About the Role:
Sales and Business DevelopmentThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our existing client base within the mining industry.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of valve products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing sales calls to target clients and identify new business opportunities
- Completing and submitting call plans and reports to ensure accountability and tracking of progress
- Preparing and submitting quotes to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our products
- Developing and presenting sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services
- Cold calling to identify and secure new customers, and expand our market share
Contribution to Branch Profitability
In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also contribute to the overall profitability of our branch by:
- Ensuring that sales budgets are met and exceeded
- Developing and implementing market penetration strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Gaining and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including their features and benefits
Quality of Service Rendered
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service levels meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes:
- Liaising with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Evaluating policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations where necessary
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A mechanical or technical qualification, such as a degree or diploma
- Extensive technical knowledge of valves and related equipment
- Instrumentation knowledge or experience would be an advantage
- A good sales background with a proven track record of success
- The ability to work independently, with a self-starter mentality
- Access to reliable transportation and a willingness to travel
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- R22 000 CTC per annum, plus commission and a bank fuel card
- Standard maintenance and insurance coverage
