Geosynthetics Sales Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Geosynthetics Sales Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing relationships within the civil earthworks industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Review tender documentation for business development opportunities and collaborate with our estimations and specifications department to ensure accurate bids.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the geosynthetic market, leveraging your network and industry knowledge.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Tender Meetings: Attend site meetings and tender briefing sessions to present our offerings and negotiate agreements.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in civil engineering or related field, preferably with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Qualifications: Matric certification, sales qualifications, and a valid driver's license are essential.
Estimated Salary:** R60 000CTC (plus petrol card) per annum. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and market conditions.
