About the Role

Vista is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Analyst to join our global team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing proactive technical support and incident management services for our cloud and managed service customers worldwide.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor and respond to incidents affecting our cloud services
  • Collaborate with our global teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain expertise in our cloud platform and products
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other documentation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or services
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure and SaaS
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
