Cash Crusaders Retail (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic business consulting firm seeking an experienced HR Clerk to join our team. As an HR Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining attendance records.
- Contribute to organizing company events and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR clerical or administrative role.
