Estate Administration Specialist

A skilled Estate Administration Specialist is needed to manage deceased estates from start to finish. Candidates with a strong understanding of the estate administration process, including drafting L&Ds, cash reconciliation, and liquidation distribution accounts, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Additionally, they will have strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy are also essential requirements.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Deceased Estates Administrator.
  • Ability to meet with clients and conduct interviews, either independently or with a director's presence.
  • Experience in drafting L&Ds independently.
  • Knowledge of Legal Ease is preferable.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English is mandatory.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
