Key Responsibilities:- Financial Administration: Ensure that all financial transactions related to lease agreements are accurately recorded and processed.
- Lease Administration: Capture all information relating to lease agreements, including increases in rentals, termination dates, and ensure that all write-offs, reversals, and admin fees are accurately captured.
- Communication: Assist in the preparation of lease documents, including lease applications, FICA documents, and lease renewals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, including tenant files and lease renewals.
- Analysis: Assist in the analysis of lease data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Diploma in Administration or Legal Secretarial qualification (advantageous), Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, property management, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in property management or leasing administration.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, excellent communication and customer service skills, proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
