About the Role:

A leading client is seeking an experienced estates administrator to join their mature and respectful working environment. Due to growth, this company is looking for a seasoned professional to administer deceased estates from beginning to end.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Deceased Estates Administrator, independently administering estates from beginning to end.
  • Client-facing experience, with the ability to meet with clients and conduct interviews.
  • Independent drafting of Letters of Demand (L&Ds).
  • Knowledge of Legal Ease is preferred.
  • Experience with cash reconciliation statements, liquidation distribution accounts, and other relevant tasks.
  • Fluency in Afrikaans and English.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
