Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing withdrawal and retrenchment claims, assessing documents in line with company standards and procedures, and corresponding with members or employers via various communication channels.

You will be required to calculate benefits payable, complete and submit statistical reports, and prepare claims for payment on our Workflow and mainframe systems. Your ability to prioritize tasks, draw conclusions from data, and work well under pressure will be essential in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Matric certificate and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. A tertiary qualification will be advantageous, and you should have excellent typing skills with an accuracy of 90% or higher (30 wpm). Your ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines will be critical in this fast-paced environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between R250,000 and R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: This role is based in our offices in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
