Job Title: Senior Estates Administrator

Job Summary:
Forte Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Estates Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in administering deceased estates from beginning to end, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently administer deceased estates, including drafting L&Ds and conducting cash reconciliation statements.
  • Meet with clients and conduct interviews, with the ability to work with or without a director present.
  • Have experience in Microsoft Office and be proficient in computer literacy.
  • Be fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Deceased Estates Administrator.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
