Support the Facility Manager

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative, bookkeeping, and payroll support to the Facility Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong Hospitality Background and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll data and ensure timely submission
  • Perform administrative functions, including filing and human resource control
  • Ensure best practice is followed in house procurement
  • Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and debtors management
  • Provide secretarial support, including minutes for house forums
