Job Title: Assistant Manager

Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facility Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager, including payroll data management, bookkeeping, and accounting.
  • Manage the facility's fleet, including petrol card monitoring, tracker monitoring, and vehicle service monitoring.
  • Coordinate reception management, staff rostering, and administration processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including filing and admin compliance, and all certification compliance.
  • Provide administrative support, including ensuring that source documents and other relevant paperwork is filed correctly, and providing compliance and support with TPAs and certifications.
Requirements:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Higher Education Certification or Diploma - required
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
