Estate Administration Specialist

A leading client in the estate administration sector is seeking an experienced estates administrator to join their team due to growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in independently administering deceased estates from beginning to end, including drafting L&Ds and managing cash reconciliation statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer deceased estates independently, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Draft and manage L&Ds, including preparing and submitting documents to relevant authorities.
- Manage cash reconciliation statements, including working liquidation distribution accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, including Legal Ease.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Deceased Estates Administrator.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
