Partnerships and Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Partnerships and Growth Specialist to help us build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners. This role will involve developing and executing strategies to acquire and grow brand partnerships, as well as identifying and engaging potential partners across key market segments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, and will be able to leverage their expertise to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand offering.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and implement a strategy to expand our brand partner ecosystem.
- Identify and engage potential brand partners across key market segments.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to secure exclusive discounts, bulk deals, and sponsorships.
Revenue Growth & Partner Engagement
- Structure and execute bulk deals (e.g. wearables, sports gear) with clients through brand partners.
- Drive upsell opportunities including sponsored in-app challenges and co-branded campaigns.
Co-Marketing & Event Sponsorship
- Collaborate with brand partners on marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
- Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
