As a Field Sales Execution Manager at Danone, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in allocated areas while maintaining strong relationships with fellow team members, service providers, and customers. This role will drive in-store execution activities to achieve sales growth targets and manage merchandising execution through merchandisers for defined customers and territories.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a sound understanding of the FMCG industry, particularly in the dairy sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management. A marketing or business-related qualification will be beneficial, and 3 years of sales experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales effectiveness strategies to achieve sales growth targets
- Identify store objectives and propose action plans to influence shopper behavior
- Manage in-store execution activities, including merchandising and sales execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fellow team members, and service providers
- Conduct regular safety training with in-store merchandisers and ensure compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Manage in-store returns, close-to-expiry stock, and analyze KPIs to continuously close the gaps between results and objectives
