As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Director to lead their sales team and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align business strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular business reports and forecasts, and present them to senior management.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and close deals to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Director or in a similar role within the packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business principles and techniques, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
