We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to lead our Strategic Partnerships function at Telebest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to secure new partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of partnership managers to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business development and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
