Job Title: Key Account Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Coordinator to join our team at Initiate International. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers in coordinating tasks and projects across various operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of our company's games and products, including API integrations.
  • Game Launch Coordination: Coordinate new game launches with Key Account Managers, ensuring timely provision of promotional materials to operators.
  • Demo and Approval Coordination: Assist in coordinating demos and approvals for new games with Provincial Gambling Boards, including Proof of Concepts.
  • Work Order Management: Manage work orders for new games for operators and/or resellers.
  • Limit and Rule Documentation: Ensure updated limits and game rules documentation are available to Key Account Managers when new games go live.
  • Scheduling: Schedule key dates related to new game launches, including early adopter and global release dates, to ensure timely client communications.
  • Due Diligence Support: Support the submission and approval process of due diligence documents.
  • Legal Collaboration: Collaborate with the legal team to draft and execute work orders for new games.
  • ServiceDesk Monitoring: Monitor ServiceDesk notifications, keeping clients informed of planned game downtimes, table closures, and reopenings.
  • Client Website Review: Conduct regular reviews of client websites and perform gap analyses to ensure all available games are being offered.
  • KAM Reporting: Ensure monthly and quarterly KAM reports are accurately updated and accessible for Key Account Managers.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of content for external industry publications.
  • Account Setup: Oversee the creation of BO, demo site, and client area accounts for staff and operators.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, including games/product offerings and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Education: Holds a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Has prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming or eCommerce industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrates excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibits strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability: Possesses the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Self-Motivation: Shows a high level of self-motivation with a proven ability to accomplish tasks independently.
  • Initiative: Is a proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
