Key Account Manager

Our client in the Retail space is looking for a **E- Commerce Key Account Manager** to join them in Sandton.
The successful incumbent will be entrusted with the following:
- Strengthening relationships with key accounts.
- Increasing monthly sales for account growth.
- Resolving key account issues and complaints.
- Understanding and anticipating key account needs.
- Managing communication between buyers and internal teams.
- Strategically planning to improve account results.
- Negotiating deals with account managers.
- Collaborating with logistic, merchandising, and warehousing teams.
- Maximizing profit through upselling and cross-selling.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress.
- Meeting client needs and deliverables on time.
- Analysing account data for effective relationship management.
- Expanding relationships and onboard new accounts.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account documentation.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Takealot, ODO, Amazon & Clicks
- Must have a car & driver's license.
