Job Title: Key Account Co-ordinator

Initiate International is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Co-ordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a Key Account Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in coordinating tasks and projects across all operators in a centralized manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge of our company's games and products, as well as a strong understanding of various API integrations.
  • Coordinate new game launches with KAMs, ensuring timely provision of promotional materials to operators.
  • Assist in the coordination and presentation of demos and approvals for new games to Provincial Gambling Boards, including Proof of Concepts.
  • Manage work orders for new games for operators and/or resellers.
  • Ensure updated limits and game rules documentation are available to KAMs when new games go live.
  • Schedule key dates related to new game launches, including early adopter and global release dates, to ensure timely client communications.
  • Support the submission and approval process of due diligence documents.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to draft and fully execute work orders for new games.
  • Monitor ServiceDesk notifications, keeping clients informed of planned game downtimes, table closures, and reopenings.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client websites and perform gap analyses to ensure all available games are being offered.
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly KAM reports are accurately updated and accessible for KAMs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the creation of content for external industry publications.
  • Oversee the creation of BO, demo site, and client area accounts for staff and operators.
  • Handle any other ad hoc duties related to the role and provide general support to KAMs.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, including games/product offerings and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Holds a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • Has prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming or eCommerce industry.
  • Demonstrates excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possesses the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Shows a high level of self-motivation with a proven ability to accomplish tasks independently.
  • Is a proactive self-starter with the ability to take initiative.
