- Analyze market potential and track sales and status reports
- Expedite customer problem resolution to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Keep proper records of pricing requests and feedback
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions
- Complete sales-related reports as requested by the company
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Own transport
Reporting Structure:
The position reports to the External Sales Manager.
