We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team as a Compliance Officer at the Construction Industry Development Board in Centurion, Gauteng.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating committee activities, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining records, and supporting the cidb Board members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Committee Activities: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Legal Compliance: Verify that all documents and records are up-to-date and compliant with good governance practices.
  • Maintain Committee Records: Ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping of committee decisions and actions.
  • cidad Board members Induction: Coordinate the induction process for new board members.
  • Determine Company Secretarial Documents: Verify that all company secretarial documents are up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in BCom / Law / Public Administration or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in administration or management.
  • Chartered Institute of Secretaries qualification or membership is advantageous.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary estimated at R 450,000 - R 550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
