Job Title: Administrative Manager for Sales Support

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at PEP in Centurion. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities, providing assistance to the management team, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General management of the office, including supervision of staff and coordination of tasks
  • Coordination of team member schedules, including planning and organizing meetings
  • Organizing and coordinating events, both internal and external
  • Office reception, including greeting visitors and handling phone calls
  • General administration, including compilation of reports and maintenance of records
  • Planning and organizing travel arrangements for team members

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Secretarial certificate or diploma, or relevant qualification
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google GSuite
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a secretary or in a similar role
  • Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience
