Knowledge Requirements:
• Proficiency in the vehicle industry and its terminology.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to take direction and work under authority, while being proactive in managing tasks and priorities.
• Strong listening and telephone etiquette skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, able to manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proven ability to delegate tasks and manage people successfully.
Requirements:
• Residency in Centurion or surrounding area preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in the vehicle industry.
• Own transport and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to work every second weekend and some public holidays.
• Diploma or degree in a related field (administrative studies, business administration, etc.).
• No criminal record.
• Contactable references and accurate employment history.
• Availability to start immediately.
