About the Role

As a key member of our team at BGA Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to the Finance Department, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
  • To contribute to achieving the company's vision by leading by example and continuously inspiring colleagues.
  • To work closely with the Finance Department in monitoring losses and minimizing unnecessary expenses through effective cost management and operating equipment practices.
  • To maintain the reception area and perform relevant duties, as well as carry out general administration and credit control responsibilities.
  • To act as a personal assistant to the General Manager.
  • To develop creative and innovative marketing strategies for future growth.
  • To facilitate communication with members, residents, and the committee.
  • To promote the business to its members and guests as a service-oriented operation through periodic interaction.
Requirements
  • A matric qualification is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English is essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around R 35,000 - R 45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
