Job Description

This role is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join Stonebridge HR Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payments to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Process employee data, including new starters, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Prepare and submit PAYE bi-annual and annual returns to SARS.
  • Run and distribute IRP5 documents to managers for employees.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of third-party payments.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax directives and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in payroll administration, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification an advantage.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
