Internal Sales Administrator

**Role Purpose**
Hiconnex (Pty) Ltd seeks a highly skilled Internal Sales Administrator to support management in meeting and exceeding the overall objectives of the Internal and External Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish customer confidence through delivery on promises
- Follow up on quotes issued
- Complete internal sales orders
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and meet set sales objectives
- Manage and maintain departmental schedules, calendars, and appointments/meetings and training
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, etc. for external personnel and suppliers
- Provide administrative support to the team when required
- Manage sales material (catalogues, sample room, managing inventory, etc.)
- Provide general customer support
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, and event planning
- Expedite orders from suppliers
- Inform clients of any delays in shipments
- Issue back-order reports to clients on a weekly basis
- Generate sales reports, track sales budgets, and performance
- Facilitate effective communication among sales team, management, and other departments
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
