Administrative Support Specialist

The HR Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the organization's human resources function, ensuring that all HR activities comply with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Main Responsibilities- Maintaining Accurate Employee Records: Responsible for updating and verifying employee personal details, contracts, leave balances, attendance, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring Data Protection Compliance: Ensures all employee information is handled confidentially and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Managing Employee Documents: Responsible for managing digital and paper employee documents, maintaining a secure and accessible storage system.
- Providing Support to the Recruitment Team: Assists with job postings, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Screening Resumes and Conducting Initial Interviews: Screens resumes, conducts initial phone interviews, and shortlists candidates for further evaluation.
- Paperwork and Onboarding: Prepares and distributes offer letters and employment contracts for new hires, coordinates the onboarding process, and ensures new hires complete all necessary paperwork.
- Offboarding Process: Manages the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final pay, and retrieval of company property.
- Minimum Qualification: Minimum NQF 6 or Higher - Diploma in HR Management or Degree in Human Resources (BA Psychology, BSC Psychology, BCOM, etc.)
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in using various software applications and systems.
- Intermediate Excel Knowledge: Required.
