  • Filing and Organization: Manage digital and paper employee documents, maintaining a secure and accessible storage system.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Resume Screening and Initial Interviews: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
  • Offer Letters and Employment Contracts: Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
  • Onboarding Process: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and documentation.
  • Offboarding Process: Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final pay, and retrieval of company property.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum NQF 6 or Higher - Diploma in HR Management or Degree in Human Resources (BA Psychology, BSC Psychology, BCOM, etc.)
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in using various software applications and systems.
  • Excel Knowledge: Intermediate Excel knowledge is required.
