- Onboarding Process: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and documentation.
- Offboarding Process: Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final pay, and retrieval of company property.
- Education: Minimum NQF 6 or Higher - Diploma in HR Management or Degree in Human Resources (BA Psychology, BSC Psychology, BCOM, etc.)
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in using various software applications and systems.
- Excel Knowledge: Intermediate Excel knowledge is required.
