About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Ultra Personnel. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior account managers to provide exceptional customer service and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to ensure their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our agency, responding to queries and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Establish new business relationships with potential clients and nurture existing ones to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations as needed, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
