Client Relationship Specialist

iOCO is looking for a talented Revenue Growth Consultant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, experience in solution selling, and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blding and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and relationship management.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Generating leads and growing existing relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed client portfolios.
- Making cold calls and performing warm outreach to develop new and unique sales tactics.
- Collaborating with business delivery managers to improve their offerings and proposals.
- Working with other Client Directors and Account Managers to design industry-specific solutions.
- Utilizing CRM to ensure standard processes during all sales stages.
- Conducting month-end and year-end close processes and providing required reporting to Management.
- Responsible for proactive hunting of new business and growth (farming) across all internal channels and with LOB clients as well as potential clients.
- Assisting with and driving relevant leads and or prospects to closure/ next stage of progress.
- Assisting and driving tenders with Advisory and Management teams.
- Owner of Software Development marketing and sales collateral.
- Assistant to Client Directors, Key Account Managers, Business Heads, and other Account Executives with specific sales or any related sales actions required.
- Realizing revenue and margin targets and maximizing sales opportunities by connecting client needs with our offerings and solutions.
- Building solid relationships and displaying an understanding of the client industry, business environment, and strategy to identify current and future opportunities.
- Developing open and effective channels of communication with all stakeholders.
- Completing Sales proposals or assisting/contributing towards the completion of proposals (if multi-BU opportunity).
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business Management
- Relevant certification
Estimated Salary: R600,000 - R700,000 per annum
