Strategic Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Strategic Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at RecruiTech (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new clients within the corporate space and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and seasonality to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the department's revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the courier industry, with a focus on domestic transportation and e-commerce.
- A solid sales track record is essential.
