Strategic Business Development Executive

Vox Telecommunications is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs, with a proven track record as a key account manager.
About the Role:
- We are looking for someone who can develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, ensuring they do not turn to competition.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- They will expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner is also a crucial part of this role.
- The Strategic Business Development Executive will serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust is essential.
- They will play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- The role requires preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
About You:
- You must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to problem-solve and negotiate effectively.
- Hold a BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- You should be able to work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
- Having excellent people skills and being intuitive to customers' business needs is crucial.
- Being well-groomed and presentable is also essential.
Requirements:
- You must have a Grade 12 qualification.
- Qualifications in Sales or Business are necessary.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs is required.
- Proven experience as a key account manager is also necessary.
Compensation Package: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
