About the Role

O'Brien Recruitment is seeking a talented Revenue Management Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving the Annual Revenue Plan and Profitability Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecast performance and analyze market trends to advise on revenue-boosting initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and group evaluations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and present business performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings to drive team performance and strategy.

Qualifications

  • A 3-year Hospitality Diploma and a Revenue Management Qualification.
  • Experience in revenue management with knowledge of cloud-based PMS, channel management, and GDS.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills and familiarity with Ideas G3 or Ideas RMS.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
