Customer Experience Liaison

Isilumko Staffing (JHB) is seeking a talented Customer Experience Liaison to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized booking and support services.
- Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with Travel Advisors and Guests, providing best-in-class luxury service, and utilizing technology systems like Salesforce and Versonix Seaware.
- We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, is enthusiastic, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center, preferably within travel or luxury hospitality.
- Hospitality mindset, fluency in English and Portuguese, and ability to communicate effectively with international travelers.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, as well as cultural sensitivity.
- Comfortable using IT systems daily and willing to work full-time on shifting schedules, including weekends.
