Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily contact centre operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions and adherence to service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and productivity
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the contact centre and senior leadership, fostering open communication and collaboration

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in a team leadership role within a contact centre environment
  • Proven expertise in team management, conflict resolution, and quality assurance
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional local languages an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
