Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to lead our high-performing contact centre team. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, this individual will oversee daily operations, drive productivity, and optimize performance metrics.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to join our growing global brand and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily contact centre operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions and adherence to service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and productivity
- Serve as the primary liaison between the contact centre and senior leadership, fostering open communication and collaboration
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in a team leadership role within a contact centre environment
- Proven expertise in team management, conflict resolution, and quality assurance
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional local languages an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- A competitive market-related salary: R450,000 - R550,000 per annum
