About the Role

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Order Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of sales orders and providing an efficient and quality service with regards to sales administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Administration
    • Process sales orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and debtor information.
    • Prepare and send regular reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Credit Note Administration
    • Process credit notes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to credit notes.
  • General Administration
    • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales order processing, such as data entry and document management.
    • Assist with other tasks as required to support the sales team.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Excel at an intermediate level
    • SAP Business One exposure advantageous
    • Advanced numeracy skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
