Sales Order Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of sales orders, providing an efficient and quality service, and liaising with warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Record and maintain customer/debtor information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Reconcile and report on sales order data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform general administration tasks related to sales order processing, including credit note administration and processing.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Working knowledge and experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level.
- SAP Business One exposure is advantageous.
- Advanced numeracy skills and proficiency in operational principles related to stock.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
