  • Source additional leads independently to maximize opportunities for meetings and sales.
  • Conduct outbound calls to engage potential sellers and set up appointments.
  • Accurately schedule and confirm meetings between sellers and Estate Agents.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to telesales, such as updating CRM systems and maintaining organized records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/admin role.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are comfortable with high-volume cold calling.
