Job Description:

You are responsible for overseeing financial planning and control across all InTouch locations, ensuring consistency in practices and reporting. This includes strategic and operational planning, cash management, pricing analysis, and development of unit cost and revenue controlling models.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee annual budget, in-year forecasts, and rolling planning to ensure accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for all InTouch operations, communicating results with Management and Lufthansa partners.
  • Oversee invoicing, cash management processes, and related reporting.
  • Manage year-end audit processes, serving as primary contact for auditors.
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives on a global level, aligning with business goals.
  • Collaborate with Client Program/Provider Management to calculate prices for tenders, refining price calculation mechanisms.
  • Drive the evolution of the internal controlling framework.
  • Develop and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve LH InTouch's cost efficiency and financial health.
  • Lead and mentor the Group Controlling team, fostering a high-performance culture.
About You:

We are looking for a skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with team leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and be independent and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Technical skills include proficiency in key controlling software and tools, advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience in SAP or other leading ERP systems is preferred.
