Facilities and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Administrative Assistant to join our team at HR Genie. This role is responsible for providing administrative and facilities support to our expanding office in Cape Town.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration, facilities management, and customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reception services, including managing deliveries, welcoming visitors, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
- Assist in ensuring proper administration and logistical support mechanisms are in place and effectively managed.
- Support the Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management.
- Manage travel bookings, process supplier invoices, and assist with event logistics.
- Matric with relevant Certificate or Diploma (advantageous)
- 4+ years experience in an office administrative and/or facilities support related role
- MS Office proficiency, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid drivers license and own transport (preferable)
We offer a competitive salary of R18 000 - R20 000 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
