Reprographics Operator

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Reprographics Operator to join the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness team in Western Cape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient assistance and support to clients, personnel, management, and supervisors. This includes operating and controlling equipment, liaising with outside companies for repairs and upgrades, and maintaining accurate records.

• Operate and control equipment, including printing and photocopying machines.
• Liaise with external companies for maintenance and repair services.
• Maintain accurate records, including inventory, statistics, and printing costs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, staff, and management.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.
• Appropriate experience in printing and photocopying processes is required.
• Administrative or management experience is an advantage.

The estimated salary for this position is between R200,000 and R250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
