Financial Administrator Assistant

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional to assist with various financial tasks, including:
- Invoicing and reconciliations
- Excel spreadsheet management
- Filing and document management
- Courier services and delivery
- Client credit applications and agreements
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Administrator Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
- Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, and other financial tasks
- Managing Excel spreadsheets and data entry
- Preparing and submitting insurance claims
- Processing client credit applications and agreements
You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in finance or administration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A competitive salary of $60,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity.
