This is a critical position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Compensation and Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing payroll administration, and providing HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all Statutory submissions are made in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage payroll administration, including processing payrolls, preparing payment schedules, and maintaining employee records;
  • Provide HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and training;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and employee relations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Basic background knowledge of bookkeeping;
  • Highly proficient in English.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
