Administrative Support Specialist for Sales Team

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Sales team at People Dimension.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the daily activities of the Sales Manager, ensuring timely execution of meetings, agendas, deadlines, diary appointments, and follow-up communication.
- Implement an effective follow-up system and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient time management, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet the needs of the Sales Manager and team.
- Coordinate accurate documentation for meetings and appointments, including minutes, action items, and relevant supporting documents.
- Handle HR-related claims and submissions for the Sales Department, maintaining confidentiality and discretion as required.
- Provide secretarial support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team, arranging meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless event coordination.
- Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements for the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth logistics and minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Project Manager to prepare relevant materials (PowerPoint presentations and programs) for events, field events, and special occasions.
- Administer the Sales Budget in conjunction with the Sales Manager, tracking expenses and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Support the Sales Project Manager in the administration of Sales Projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning, organizing, and executing overseas incentives, competitions, and rewards & recognition promotions.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, with relevant studies in Secretarial or PA; alternatively, 3+ years of senior experience.
- Solid presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and engagement.
- Knowledge of direct sales principles and practices.
- Ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to interact with high-profile clients and senior executives.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and function under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and flexibility in respect of time and mobility.
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordinating skills, with a professional work approach.
**Estimated Salary:** R400,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, reflecting the importance we place on this role within our organization.
