Role Purpose
Hiconnex is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the Internal and External Sales Department in achieving its objectives.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing internal sales orders, and managing sales schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Processing internal sales orders and managing sales schedules
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and meeting set sales objectives
- Coordinating travel arrangements and providing administrative support to the team
- Managing sales materials and providing general customer support
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
