**Strategic Account Development Opportunity**

Skye Personnel is seeking an experienced Executive Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account development, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the Academic and Hospitality industries. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, managing key accounts, and preparing proposals and tender documents.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in the Academic and Hospitality sectors
  • Strong knowledge of the Academic and Hospitality industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Coordinate with sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth
  • Prepare proposals and tender documents
  • Oversee partner onboarding and ensure seamless integration into our operations
  • Prepare financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
