Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at BuffaloEx. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients or partners, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities in target markets, and develop strategies to pursue and capture these opportunities.
- Develop and Execute Business Plans: Collaborate with senior management to define the company's long-term growth strategies, assist in the development and execution of the company's business plans and sales targets, and monitor and report on progress toward business development goals and KPIs.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, and attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to establish connections.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company goals.
- Monitor and Report Progress: Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress, and conversion rates, and provide regular updates to senior management on business development performance and areas for improvement.
Critical Qualifications and Competencies:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Core Functional Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities, and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
