The Job

We're looking for a seasoned Partnerships Manager to join our commercial team in South Africa. As a key player, you'll develop and execute our partner strategy, foster strong relationships with our partners, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing our partner strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to foster collaboration and growth
  • Identifying and recruiting new partners to expand our reach and capabilities
  • Collaborating with our sales, marketing, product, and development teams to develop partnership strategies and ensure successful integration and execution of partnership initiatives
  • Creating and implementing strategies to engage partners and maximize mutual benefits
  • Tracking and analysing partnership performance to ensure alignment with business goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience
  • Demonstrable partner management experience at a technology company, preferably in security products and/or telecom devices/services
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of mobile device ecosystems, service providers, and mobile app protection
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
